أطلقت اللجنة التحضيرية العليا لأسبوع القدس العالمي دليلاً يحتوي تفاصيل فكرة الأسبوع، بالإضافة إلى مناشط وفعاليات مركزية، وأخرى مقترحة للمؤسسات والأفراد.

وافتتحت اللجنة الدليل بالتعريف به قائلة: ((في ظل أجواء حرب طوفان الأقصى، وعلى مشارف التحرير، وفي ذكرى الإسراء والمعراج، وفي ذكرى الفتح الصلاحي للقدس، يأتي هذا الموسم من أسبوع القدس العالمي في نسخته الرابعة، بدءاً من يوم الجمعة 21 / رجب / 1445هـ الموافق 02 / شباط / 2024م إلى يوم الجمعة 28 / رجب / 1445هـ الموافق 09 / شباط / 2024م

ولنيل الشرف ولأداء واجبنا المطلوب – قضاء وأداء – علينا جميعاً أن ندخل هذه المعركة الوجودية، دعماً ونصرة للقدس ولغزة ولقضية فلسطين عامة، من خلال تضافر الجهود والفعاليات والأنشطة في مختلف بلدان العالم، وليصبح صوت الأقصى والمقاومة الأعلى في الكون، إيذاناً بتحرير المسجد الأقصى المبارك والمدينة المقدسة، وكل فلسطين بإذن الله. فعاليات (أسبوع القدس العالمي) تحتاجنا جميعاً أفراداً ومؤسسات وقوى وأحزاباً ومؤثرين)).

ثم تمت دعوة المؤسسات والهيئات والشخصيات للمشاركة والتعاون والتنسيق فيما بينها لإحياء فعاليات وأنشطة الأسبوع، ونشر دعوات المشاركة على أوسع نطاق، ومما نشرته اللجنة هذه الرسالة: (آن الأوان لنيل الشرف ولأداء واجبك المطلوب، ادخـل هذه المعركـة الوجوديـة، انصر الأقصى والمقاومة وعينك على القدس، فالعدو يجتاحنا وفعاليات “أسبوع القدس العالمي” تحتاجنا، شارك في طوفان الأقصى -قضاءً وأداءً- وليكن شعارنا: (الأقصى …طوفان الأمة)، غرّد… ساهم… انصر… انشر…).

وأعلن الدليل أهداف الأسبوع وهي:

1_ تفعيل الأمة مع طوفان الأقصى لنصرة غزة وفلسطين.

2- دمج المؤسسات العلمائية مباشرة في مشاريع عملية نصرة لغزة والقدس وفلسطين.

3- إحياء القضية في مختلف البلدان، وتحميل مسؤولية نصرة غزة وإيقاف حملة الإبادة الجماعية على الأنظمة والشعوب.

4- تحقيق التواصل الفعال والعمل المشترك بين العلماء والمؤسسات والناشطين في الأمة، وتوحيد جهودهم لنصرة غزة والقدس وفلسطين.

5- توفير الدعم بكافة أشكاله لنصرة غزة والقدس وفلسطين.

ثم عرض الدليل الأفكار والبرامج الدولية التي ستعقد على شكل فعاليات مركزية، كما قدّم الدليل أفكارًا لبرامج وأنشطة وفعاليات محلية مقترحة للأقطار المختلفة، بهدف الحصول على أكبر قدر من المشاركات، وتوسيع انتشار أفكار أسبوع القدس حول العالم.

ونشر الدليل روابط وسائل التواصل الخاصة بالأسبوع وهي فاعلة منذ انطلاقته قبل 3 سنوات:

Introduction and Invitation

Praise be to God alone, and prayers and peace be upon  Prophet Muhamed  after whom there is no prophet and his family and companions.

In light of the Al-Aqsa Flood War, on the verge of liberation, on the anniversary of the Night Journey, and on the anniversary of the Salahi liberation of Al Quds, this season (of Al Quds Global Week) comes in its fourth edition

Starting from Friday, Rajab 21, 1445 AH, corresponding to February 2, 2024 AD, until Friday, Rajab 28, 1445 AH, corresponding to February 9, 2024 AD. 

In order to gain honor and perform our required duty we must all enter this existential battle, in support and victory for Al Quds, Gaza, and the Palestinian cause in general, through concerted efforts and activities in various countries of the world, and to become the voice of Al-Aqsa and the resistance. May the voice of Al-Aqsa and the resistance become the loudest in the universe, marking the liberation of the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque, the Holy City and all of Palestine, God willing. The activities of Al Aqsa global Week need all of us: individuals, institutions, forces, parties, and influencers.

This guide contains everything necessary to interact with this global event and to activate and mobilize all segments of society and free people of the world under the slogan “Al-Aqsa… The Flood of the Nation”

We also inform you that we are individuals and institutions taking part in this event, inviting your honorable institution to participate and interact with this global event.

Wishing success and progress, and please accept our sincere respect and appreciation.

Objectives of Al- Quds Week :

  1. Activating the Ummat with the Al-Aqsa flood to support Gaza and Palestine.
  2. Integrating scientific institutions directly into projects supporting  Gaza, Al- Quds and Palestine.
  3. Reviving the issue in various countries, and holding the responsibility for supporting Gaza and stopping the genocide against regimes and peoples.
  4. Achieving effective communication and joint work between scholars, institutions, and activists in the Ummat, and unifying their efforts to support Gaza, Al- Quds, and Palestine.
  5. Providing support in all its forms to support Gaza, Jerusalem and Palestine.

  2. Disseminating the slogan of Al Quds Global Week in all international and local activities.
  3. Distribution of high-quality images and Maqdissian information.

Ideas for suggested local programs

  1. Corresponding all parties to participate in the activities of AlQuds Global Week and arranging special programs on their part (in their own name and displaying Al Quds Global Week logo)
  2. Organizing marches in support of Gaza, AlQuds and Palestine in countries where they are legally available and whose health conditions permit.
  3. Organizing symbolic demonstrations in front of influential parties
  4. Corresponding to institutions, leaders of Islamic and national movements, and all political parties and leaders in their countries with letters reminding them of their responsibilities through official and direct correspondence.
  5. Activating social media platforms during the week with various designs and videos and activating them to remember and talk about the Palestinian narrative of the Al-Aqsa Flood.
  6. Celebrations of the Night Journey and Mi’raj and the anniversary of the Saladin liberation of AlQuds in the countries, and taking advantage of Zoom platforms and electronic meetings to support Gaza, Al- Quds and Palestine.
  7. Holding lectures, seminars, cultural and poetry evenings, discussing books about the Al-Aqsa Flood and the upcoming liberation project, and extrapolating history and experience on the anniversary of Saladin’s liberation of Al Quds.
  8. Producing short awareness videos, translating them into foreign languages, and recording speeches from scholars and feminist, youth, and community figures about the occasion and the Al-Aqsa flood.
  9. Planning activities for children: drawing and coloring activities, competitions and book reading
  10. Providing television and radio programs and exploiting the written and visual media space to convey the Gazan and Maqdissian voice .
  11. Legal workshops with jurist unions on the legal violations of the Zionist occupation in Gaza and the criminalization of these practices in accordance with international law
  12. Launching poetry and prose competitions, expressive drawings, and caricatures, and organizing poetry, artistic, and literary evenings
  13. Student demonstrations and speeches about Gaza, Jerusalem, and the Al-Aqsa flood in the morning queues in schools.
  14. Distributing a pin to students with the motivating phrase “Al-Aqsa is the flood of the Ummat .
  15. Campaign against normalization: It is proposed to organize seminars on the nation’s duties in combating normalization, along with electronic tweets and mosque sermons related to this danger.
  16. Hanging large banners in various public places bearing messages and slogans in support of the Al-Aqsa Flood, reminding public opinion of the issue.
  17. Communicating with various new media networks, social media networks, influencers, television and radio channels, and newspapers to talk about the issue, the memory, and the duties of the nation. 
  18.   Hosting influential activists such as YouTubers and urging them to publish and interact
  19. Organizing mobile exhibitions of the Al-Aqsa Flood and the Blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque to be displayed in various spaces and fields.
  20.  Launching donation campaigns from institutions for financial support for Gaza, Jerusalem, and the resistance fighters.
  21. Benefiting from the “Miraj of Scholars” program and directing students to it. It is an electronic educational program specialized in introductory and advanced training for students of knowledge of both genders in the Islamic world in the Islamic sciences and arts. It is supervised by the Mi’raj Center for Research and Studies in partnership with the Scholars’ Training Center in Mauritania and the Ministry of Endowments and Islamic Affairs in Gaza. The lectures are presented by a group of the nation’s distinguished scholars.
  22. Organizing a competition for memorizing Surat Al-Anfal and holding councils to contemplate the Surah according to the Al-Aqsa Flood.
  23. Forums for various social segments in support of Gaza, Al Quds and Palestine.
  24. An international women’s forum via Zoom.
  25. Maqdissian chanting evenings.

In conclusion, this is a diverse package of programs and projects that can be implemented, all or some of them, within the activities of the Al Quds Global Week programmes.

Présentation et invitation

Louange à Dieu seul, et les prières et la paix soient sur le Prophète Mohammed, sa famille et ses compagnons.

À la lumière de la guerre Inondations d’Al-Aqsa, à la veille de la libération, à l’occasion de l’anniversaire d’el Israa et de l’anniversaire de la libération d’Al Qods par Saladin, cette saison (de la Semaine mondiale d’Al Quds) en est à sa quatrième édition.

À partir du vendredi 21 Rajab 1445 AH, correspondant au 2 février 2024 après JC, jusqu’au vendredi 28 Rajab 1445 AH, correspondant au 9 février 2024 après JC.

Afin de gagner l’honneur et d’accomplir notre devoir, nous devons tous entrer dans cette bataille existentielle, en soutien et en victoire à Al Qods, à Gaza et à la cause palestinienne en général, à travers des efforts et des activités concertés dans divers pays du monde, et devenir la voix d’Al-Aqsa et de la résistance. Que la voix d’Al-Aqsa et de la résistance devienne la plus forte de l’univers, marquant la libération de la mosquée bénie d’Al-Aqsa, de la Ville Sainte et de toute la Palestine, si Dieu le veut. Les activités de la Semaine mondiale Al Aqsa ont besoin de nous tous : individus, institutions, forces, partis et influenceurs.

Proposition des idées internationales accompagnantes

1. Lutte électronique à travers la publication électronique active tout au long de la Semaine mondiale Al-Quds sur diverses plateformes : Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Telegram, groupes WhatsApp dans divers comptes personnels de cheikhs et sites Internet d’institutions officielles.

2. Diffuser le slogan de la Semaine mondiale d’Al Qods dans toutes les activités internationales et locales.

3. Distribution d’images de haute qualité et d’informations Maqdissian.

4. Une compétition maqdissienne internationale.

Idées de programmes locaux suggérés

1. Faire correspondre toutes les parties pour qu’elles participent aux activités de la Semaine mondiale d’Al Quds et organiser des programmes spéciaux de leur part (en leur propre nom et affichant le logo de la Semaine mondiale d’Al Quds)

2. Organiser des marches de soutien à Gaza, Al Qods et la Palestine dans les pays où elles sont légalement disponibles et dont les conditions sanitaires le permettent.

3. Organiser des manifestations symboliques devant des partis influents

4. Correspondre aux institutions, aux dirigeants des mouvements islamiques et nationaux, ainsi qu’à tous les partis et dirigeants politiques de leur pays, avec des lettres leur rappelant leurs responsabilités par correspondance officielle et directe.

5. Activer les plateformes de médias sociaux au cours de la semaine avec divers designs et vidéos et les activer pour se souvenir et parler du récit palestinien du déluge d’Al-Aqsa.

6. Célébrations du voyage d’Israa et de Mi’raj et de l’anniversaire de la libération d’Al-Quds par Saladin dans les pays, et mise à profit des plateformes Zoom et des réunions électroniques pour soutenir Gaza, Al-Qods et la Palestine.

7. Organiser des conférences, des séminaires, des soirées culturelles et poétiques, discuter de livres sur le déluge d’Al-Aqsa et le projet de libération à venir, et extrapoler l’histoire et l’expérience à l’occasion de l’anniversaire de la libération d’Al Qods par Saladin.

8. Produire de courtes vidéos de sensibilisation, les traduire en langues étrangères et enregistrer les discours d’universitaires et de personnalités féministes, de la jeunesse et de la communauté sur l’occasion et le déluge d’Al-Aqsa.

9. Planification d’activités pour les enfants : activités de dessin et de coloriage, concours et lecture de livres.

10. Fournir des programmes de télévision et de radio et exploiter l’espace médiatique écrit et visuel pour transmettre la voix des Gazaouis et des Maqdissiens.

11. Ateliers juridiques avec des syndicats de juristes sur les violations juridiques de l’occupation sioniste à Gaza et la criminalisation de ces pratiques conformément au droit international

12. Lancer des concours de poésie et de prose, de dessins expressifs et de caricatures et organiser des soirées poétiques, artistiques et littéraires.

13. Les manifestations étudiantes et les discours sur Gaza, Jérusalem et Al-Aqsa envahissent les files d’attente matinales dans les écoles.

14. Distribuer une épinglette aux étudiants avec la phrase de motivation « Al-Aqsa est le déluge de l’Ummat.

15. Campagne contre la normalisation : Il est proposé d’organiser des séminaires sur les devoirs de la nation dans la lutte contre la normalisation, ainsi que des tweets électroniques et des sermons dans les mosquées liés à ce danger.

16. Accrocher de grandes banderoles dans divers lieux publics portant des messages et des slogans en faveur des inondations d’Al-Aqsa, rappelant à l’opinion publique ce problème.

17. Communiquer avec divers nouveaux réseaux médiatiques, réseaux sociaux, influenceurs, chaînes de télévision et de radio et journaux pour parler de la problématique, de la mémoire et des devoirs de la nation.

18. Accueillir des militants influents tels que les YouTubers et les inciter à publier et à interagir.

19. Organiser des expositions itinérantes sur le déluge d’Al-Aqsa et la mosquée bénie d’Al-Aqsa, qui seront exposées dans divers espaces et champs.

20. Lancer des campagnes de dons auprès des institutions pour soutenir financièrement Gaza, Jérusalem et les résistants.

21. Bénéficier du programme « Miraj of Scholars » et y orienter les étudiants. Il s’agit d’un programme éducatif électronique spécialisé dans la formation d’introduction et de perfectionnement pour les étudiants des deux sexes dans le monde islamique dans les sciences et les arts islamiques. Il est supervisé par le Centre de recherche et d’études Mi’raj en partenariat avec le Centre de formation des universitaires de Mauritanie et le ministère des Dotations et des Affaires islamiques de Gaza. Les conférences sont présentées par un groupe d’éminents universitaires du pays.

22. Organiser un concours de mémorisation de la sourate Al-Anfal et tenir des conseils pour contempler la sourate selon le déluge d’Al-Aqsa.

23. Forums pour divers segments sociaux en soutien à Gaza, Al Quds et la Palestine.

24. Un forum international des femmes via Zoom.

25. Soirées de chant maqdissien.

En conclusion, il s’agit d’un ensemble diversifié de programmes et de projets qui peuvent être mis en œuvre, en totalité ou en partie, dans le cadre des activités des programmes de la Semaine mondiale Al Qods.
