خاص هيئة علماء فلسطين
قال تعالى: “وَاعْتَصِمُوا بِحَبْلِ اللَّهِ جَمِيعًا وَلَا تَفَرَّقُوا ” [آل عمران:103].
الحمد لله رب العالمين، والصلاة والسلام على سيدنا محمد وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين، وبعد:
فإن هيئة علماء فلسطين تتابع بأسف واندهاش بالغَين قرار الحكومة الأردنية حظر جماعة الإخوان المسلمين، الجماعة التي شكّلت مكوّنًا دعويًا راشدًا، ووطنيًا أصيلًا، وأسهمت في بناء المجتمع، وتعزيز منظومة القيم، والدفاع عن الأردن في وجه التهديدات التي تحيق به، ومناصرة قضايا الأمة وعلى رأسها قضية فلسطين، وكانت وما زالت مناصرة للمقاومة وداعمة لحق الشعوب في التحرر.
وقد تلقّت الهيئة باستهجان كبير اعتقال ثلة من الشباب الحُر الذين دعتهم غَيْرتهم الصادقة على أهلهم في غزّة وعموم فلسطين الذين يتعرضون لأبشع جرائم الإبادة على مرأى العالم كلّه، ودفعهم انتماؤهم الحقيقيّ لأمة الإسلام إلى محاولة نُصرة أهلهم بما يستطيعون، ذلك أنّ نشاطهم كان يستهدف الكيان الغاصب وحده دون سواه كما تؤكد كل القرائن المصاحبة بما فيها محاضر التحقيقات.
وإننا في هيئة علماء فلسطين نؤكد أن هذا القرار الجائر في حظر جماعة الإخوان المسلمين واعتقال الشباب الواعد لا يصب في مصلحة الأردن العزيز، بل يضرب في عمق الاستقرار المجتمعي والسياسي، ويغلق باب الحوار ويقوّض المساحات الآمنة للتعبير والعمل الوطني، في الوقت الذي تتزايد فيه التحديات الداخلية والإقليمية، وتشتد فيه الحاجة إلى رصّ الصفوف وتكامل الجهود بين مختلف مكوّنات المجتمع الأردني.
كما تؤكد الهيئة أن التهديد الحقيقي للأردن هو الكيان الصهيونيّ الذي لم يعد يلمح إلى أطماعه في الأردن بل غدا يصرّح بكل وقاحة بذلك، وإن الحرب الإجراميّة على غزة هي بوابة العدوان على الأمّة كلّها وفي مقدمتها الأردن أرض الحشد والرباط، مما يوجب الوقوف بكل حزم في وجه هذه الأطماع والتهديدات التوسعيّة.
وإننا ندعو الحكومة الأردنية إلى التراجع عن قرارها بحظر الجماعة، وإطلاق سراح الشباب المعتقلين، كما نهيب بالعلماء والحكماء في الأردن الحبيب أن يعملوا على وقف هذا المسار التصادمي، وإعادة الاعتبار للعمل الوطني الشريف، وفتح المجال أمام الحركات والمكونات الإسلامية للقيام بدورها الإصلاحي الذي يمثل صمام الأمان السياسيّ والاجتماعيّ في الأردن.
نسأل الله تعالى أن يحفظ الأردن وأهله من كل سوء، وأن يفرج عن المعتقلين وينصر المجاهدين في غزة وسائر فلسطين، وأن يبارك بكل فعل يسعى لنصرتهم حيث كان؛ إنّه أكرم مسؤول.

Statement from the Palestinian Scholars Association Regarding the Ban on the Muslim Brotherhood in Jordan
Allah Almighty says:
“And hold firmly to the rope of Allah all together and do not become divided.”
(Surah Aal Imran, 103)
Praise be to Allah, and peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad and his family and companions.
The Palestinian Scholars Association expresses deep regret and astonishment over the Jordanian government’s decision to ban the Muslim Brotherhood—an organization known for its genuine role in religious guidance, national service, and defense of societal values. The Brotherhood has long supported Palestine, resistance movements, and the right of nations to seek freedom.
We also firmly condemn the arrest of a group of young Jordanians whose only “crime” was their sincere zeal to support their brothers and sisters in Gaza and Palestine, who face daily atrocities. Their actions were aimed solely at resisting the occupying forces, as confirmed by all available evidence.
This decision to ban a historic movement and detain young patriots does not serve Jordan’s interests. Instead, it threatens social and political stability at a time when unity and cooperation are desperately needed to confront growing internal and regional challenges.
We emphasize that the real threat to Jordan comes from the Zionist entity, whose expansionist ambitions towards Jordan have become openly declared. The war on Gaza is only a gateway for wider aggression against the entire region, with Jordan among the first in its path.
Therefore, we call on the Jordanian authorities to reverse their decision, release the detained youths, and allow Islamic and national movements to resume their crucial role in preserving Jordan’s political and social stability.
We pray to Allah to protect Jordan and its people, to free the prisoners, to grant victory to the steadfast in Gaza and across Palestine, and to bless every sincere effort made to support them.
Praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds.
