الحمد لله القائل: “واعتصموا بحبل الله جميعًا ولا تفرقوا” والصلاة والسلام على نبينا محمد وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين، وبعد:
فإن علماء الأمة الموقعين على هذا البيان يتابعون ببالغ الألم والغضب ما يتعرض له القطر السوري الشقيق من عدوان صهيوني غادر، طال دمشق والسويداء وحوران، في انتهاك صارخ لكل القيم والمواثيق، وعدوان على الأرض والسيادة، واستمرار لنهج الاحتلال في تمزيق بلاد العرب والمسلمين.
وانطلاقًا من واجبنا الشرعي في نصرة المظلومين والدفاع عن حرمات الأمة ووحدة أوطانها، فإننا نعلن ما يلي:
أولاً: يدين علماء الأمة بأشد العبارات العدوان الصهيوني المتكرر على الأراضي السورية، مؤكدين أن هذه الهجمات الجبانة تمثل إرهابًا منظمًا يستهدف كسر إرادة الأمة ونهب مقدراتها، ويحذرون في الوقت ذاته من أن السكوت على هذا العدوان لن يجعله خاتمة المطاف، بل سيغري العدو بالتمادي حتى يصل خطره إلى بقية العواصم العربية والإسلامية، الواحدة تلو الأخرى
ثانيًا: يعلن علماء الأمة تضامنهم الكامل مع الدولة السورية والشعب السوري في مواجهة هذا العدوان الصهيوني الغاشم، ويعتبرون الدفاع عن سوريا في وجه العدو الصهيوني واجبًا شرعيًا وأخلاقيًا على كل المستويات.
كما يؤكدون أن هذا العدوان ليس طارئًا ولا منعزلًا، بل هو حلقة في سلسلة إجرامية متواصلة يكشف فيها العدو الصهيوني عن طبيعته العدوانية الإجرامية التي لم تتوقف منذ أكثر من سنتين ونصف في حرب الإبادة المستمرة على غزة، ثم تمددت اليوم إلى دمشق والسويداء وحوران، في محاولة لكسر إرادة الأمة في كل جبهاتها
ثالثًا: يحذر علماء الأمة من كل محاولات إشعال الفتنة، أو إشاعة مشاريع الانفصال وتقسيم سوريا وتمزيق نسيجها الاجتماعي، ويؤكدون أن حماية وحدة سوريا أرضًا وشعبًا هي مسؤولية وطنية ودينية لا يجوز التهاون فيها.
رابعًا: يدعو العلماء جميع القوى السياسية والاجتماعية والدينية في سوريا إلى الوقوف صفًا واحدًا في مواجهة الاحتلال الصهيوني وأدواته، مؤكدين أن أي صراع داخلي أو مشروع انفصالي إنما يصب في مصلحة العدو الصهيوني، ويحقق أهدافه في تمزيق الأمة وإضعاف جبهتها الداخلية.
فالفتنة والانقسام والتشرذم هي أعظم ما يتطلع إليه العدو لتسهيل استباحة الأرض والمقدسات، والواجب الشرعي والوطني يفرض على الجميع الالتفاف حول وحدة سوريا شعبًا وأرضًا وسيادة، وإسقاط كل المشاريع المشبوهة التي تستهدف تفتيتها
خامسًا: يهيب علماء الأمة بكل الحكومات والشعوب العربية والإسلامية أن تتحمل مسؤوليتها التاريخية كاملة، وألا تقف موقف المتفرج إزاء ما تتعرض له الجمهورية العربية السورية من عدوان غاشم، بل أن تسارع إلى دعم سوريا دعمًا عمليًا صادقًا في الدفاع عن سيادتها ووحدة أراضيها، وألا يسمحوا بأن تتحول دمشق والسويداء وحوران إلى ساحة مستباحة للعدوان الصهيوني.
ويحذر العلماء من أن تقتصر المواقف على بيانات شكلية وتحالفات صورية لا ترتقي إلى مستوى التحديات الحقيقية، فإن نصرة سوريا في هذه اللحظة الفاصلة واجب على كل من بقي في قلبه ذرة من انتماء لهذه الأمة، ومقياس لصدق الولاء لقضاياها الكبرى
نسأل الله تعالى أن يحفظ سوريا وأهلها من كل سوء، وأن يرد كيد الأعداء في نحورهم، وأن يجمع الأمة على كلمة سواء، ويحمي ديار المسلمين من كل باغٍ معتدٍ.

Statement of the Scholars of the Ummah Condemning the Zionist Aggression and Calling for Syria’s Unity and Sovereignty
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful,
Praise be to Allah, who says:
“And hold firmly to the rope of Allah all together and do not become divided” [Al-Imran: 103].
May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his companions.
The undersigned scholars of the Ummah are following, with deep pain and anger, the treacherous Zionist aggression targeting our dear Syrian nation — striking Damascus, As-Suwayda, and Hauran — in a blatant violation of all human values and international covenants, an aggression against land and sovereignty, and a continuation of the occupier’s policy to fragment the lands of Arabs and Muslims.
In light of our religious duty to support the oppressed, defend the sanctities of our Ummah, and safeguard the unity of its nations, we declare the following:
First:
The scholars of the Ummah strongly condemn the repeated Zionist aggression against Syrian territory. These cowardly attacks represent organized terrorism aimed at breaking the Ummah’s will and plundering its resources.
They warn that remaining silent in the face of such aggression will not put an end to it — rather, it will embolden the enemy to escalate, with its danger reaching other Arab and Islamic capitals one after the other.
Second:
The scholars of the Ummah declare their full solidarity with the Syrian state and people in resisting this heinous Zionist aggression.
They affirm that defending Syria against the Zionist enemy is a religious and moral obligation at every level.
They emphasize that this aggression is not isolated or accidental; it is part of a continuous criminal campaign. The Zionist enemy has revealed its inherently aggressive nature, which has persisted for over two and a half years in its genocidal war on Gaza, and has now expanded to Damascus, As-Suwayda, and Hauran — an attempt to crush the will of the Ummah on all fronts.
Third:
The scholars of the Ummah warn against all efforts to ignite sectarian strife, promote separatist agendas, or divide Syria and tear apart its social fabric.
They assert that preserving Syria’s unity — its land and people — is a national and religious responsibility that must not be neglected.
Fourth:
The scholars call upon all political, social, and religious forces in Syria to unite in the face of the Zionist occupation and its tools.
They affirm that any internal conflict or separatist project only serves the Zionist enemy’s interest and furthers its goal of fragmenting the Ummah and weakening its internal front.
Division and disunity are what the enemy most desires to make it easier to desecrate lands and holy sites.
It is both a religious and national duty for everyone to rally around Syria’s unity, people, land, and sovereignty, and to reject all suspicious projects aimed at dismantling the country.
Fifth:
The Scholars of the Ummah call upon all Arab and Muslim governments and nations to rise to their full historical responsibility and not turn a blind eye in this critical juncture.
They must instead swiftly and sincerely support Syria in defending its sovereignty and territorial integrity, and not allow Damascus, As-Suwayda, and Hauran to become playgrounds for Zionist aggression.
They warn that mere symbolic statements and superficial alliances are not sufficient to meet the real challenges. Supporting Syria at this critical juncture is a duty upon everyone who still holds any allegiance to this Ummah, and a true test of loyalty to its core causes.
We ask Allah Almighty to protect Syria and its people from all harm, to thwart the plots of its enemies, to unite the ranks of the Ummah, and to safeguard all Muslim lands from every transgressor and aggressor.
