{وَلَا تَحْسَبَنَّ الَّذِينَ قُتِلُوا فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ أَمْوَاتًا بَلْ أَحْيَاءٌ عِندَ رَبِّهِمْ يُرْزَقُونَ} آل عمران: 169
الحمد لله ربّ العالمين، والصلاة والسلام على سيّدنا محمّد وعلى آله وصحبه ومن تبعهم بإحسان إلى يوم الدّين؛ وبعد:
فإنّ هيئة علماء فلسطين تزف إلى الأمة الإسلامية جمعاء وإلى شعبنا الفلسطيني الشهيد القائد البطل إسماعيل هنيّة “أبو العبد”
الذي ارتقى إلى علياء الشهادة إثر عملية اغتيال صهيونية جبانة.
وإننا إذ ننعى شهيدنا القائد البطل فإننا نؤكد أن دماءه لن تضيع سدى ولن تذهب هدراً بل ستزهر نصراً مؤزراً بإذن الله تعالى على أيدي المجاهدين في سبيل الله تعالى من أبناء القائد الشهيد وتلاميذه وإخوانه.
وإن دماء شهيدنا البطل ستكون بإذن الله تعالى لعنة على الصهاينة وعملائهم والمطبعين والمتخاذلين.

The Association of Palestinian Scholars Announces the Martyrdom of Commander Ismail Haniyeh “Abu al-Abd”
{“And do not think of those who have been killed in the cause of Allah as dead. Rather, they are alive with their Lord, receiving provision.”} (Aal Imran: 169)
Praise be to Allah, the Lord of all worlds, and peace and blessings be upon our Master Muhammad, his family, his companions, and those who follow them with righteousness until the Day of Judgment.
The Association of Palestinian Scholars announces to the entire Islamic Ummah and to our Palestinian people the martyrdom of the heroic commander Ismail Haniyeh “Abu al-Abd,” who ascended to the heights of martyrdom following a cowardly Zionist assassination.
As we mourn our heroic martyr commander, we affirm that his blood will not be wasted in vain. It will not go unavenged, but will blossom into a glorious victory, by the will of Allah, at the hands of the mujahideen in the path of Allah, the sons, students, and brothers of the martyr commander.
The blood of our heroic martyr will, by the will of Allah, be a curse upon the Zionists, their collaborators, the normalizers, and the traitors.
