الحمد لله ربّ العالمين، والصلاة والسلام على سيدنا محمد إمام المجاهدين وعلى آل بيته الطيبين وأصحابه أجمعين؛ وبعد:
فإنّ وفودًا من علماء الأمة الإسلامية يمثلون مؤسسات وهيئات العلماء في ثلاثين دولة قد التقوا على مدار يوم كاملٍ يوم الأحد 25 ذي القعدة 1445هـ / الموافق لـ 02 يونيو 2024 مـ في اجتماعٍ هو الأول من نوعه مع القيادة السياسية لحركة المقاومة الإسلامية – حـمـاس – برئاسة الأخ المجاهد إسماعيل هنيَّة منذ انطلاق طوفان الأقصى المبارك، إذ بحث اللقاء القضايا المتعلقة بطوفان الأقصى والقدس وفلسطين، مع بيان أهم المستجدات والتطورات المتعلقة بالقضية الفلسطينية والواجبات تجاهها، وقد توجه الحضور بالدعاء لله تعالى أن يتقبل برحمته شهداء طوفان الأقصى، وأن يمنَّ بالشفاء العاجل للجرحى والمصابين، وأن يربط على قلوب أهلنا الصابرين المرابطين على أرض غزة، وأن يثبِّت المُـقاومين المجاهدين في غزة وخارجها
وبناءً على مجريات اللقاء فإن علماء الأمة الإسلاميّة بما يمثلون من مؤسسات وهيئات يؤكدون الآتي:
أولًا: الدعم الكامل للشعب الفلسطيني في جهاده الواجب ومقاومته ضدَّ العدو الصهيوني الغاصب، وأن علماء الأمة جزء من هذه المعركة يدًا بيد مع المجاهدين الذين يحققون النكاية بالعدو ويوقعون به الإيلام المبارك ويذودون بجهادهم عن الأمة الإسلاميّة جمعاء
ثانيًا: أنَّ حركة المقاومة الإسلامية حماس وجميع فصائل المقاومة على أرض فلسطين هي حركات تحرر وطني وعنوان الجهاد المبرور في الأمة وأنها تمثل ضمير الأمة وتطلعاتها في التحرير والتمكين، وأنّ كل محاولات الطعن بها من جهاتٍ أو كياناتٍ أو وسائل إعلام ما هي إلا خدمة للعدو الصهيوني في حربه الإجراميّة.
ثالثًا: أن القدس والمسجد الأقصى المبارك هما محور الصراع بين الأمة الإسلامية والكيان الصهيوني وداعميه، فعلى الأمة بمؤسساتها وشرائحها كافة أن تضطلع بمسؤوليتها التاريخية وواجبها الشرعي في العمل على تحرير فلسطين والمسجد الأقصى ومواجهة المخاطر التي تتهدد مسرى رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم
رابعًا: ضرورة استثمار المتغيرات والتحولات الكبرى التي أحدثتها معركة طوفان الأقصى استراتيجياً وحضارياً ويدعون أبناء الأمة الإسلاميّة أن يكونوا على الجانب الصحيح من التاريخ فإن المشروع الصهيوني يشهد نهاياته على أيدي المجاهدين الأبطال وأخيار الأمة وأحرار العالم؛ فطوبى لمن كان في سفينة الحق والجهاد في سبيل الله تعالى في مواجهة العلو والإفساد الصّهيونيّ.
خامسًا: وجوب العمل على توحيد الأمَّة الإسلامية بجميع مكوناتها في مواجهة العدوِّ وحلفائِه، ونبذ النزاعات التي تعمق الشروخ وتزيد الفرقة، فالعدو يستهدف بيضتها بمكوناتها وتياراتها كافة، مما يوجب شرعًا وعقلًا مواجهته بقواها كافة
سادسًا: تحريم التطبيع مع العدوِّ الصهيونيّ بكلِّ صوره وأشكاله، وتفعيل المقاطعة الشاملة للمؤسسات الداعمة للكيان الصهيوني، والمؤسسات المطبعة معه.
وأخيراً فإن العلماء يوجهون التحيّة لأهلنا في غزة نساءً ورجالًا وأطفالًا، شبابًا وشيباً، كما يحيّون المجاهدين القابضين على زناد المواجهة، ويجددون ثقتهم في قيادة المقاومة ويؤكدون دعمهم التام لها في معركتها الميدانية ومعركتها السياسية التفاوضيّة للوصول إلى وقفِ حربِ الإبادة الجماعية، والانسحاب الكامل لقوات العدو من غزة، والإعمار وإنهاء الحصار، وصفقة تبادل أسرى جادَّة تُنهي معاناة الأسرى في سجون الاحتلال.
قال سبحانه وتعالى : {وَأُخْرَىٰ تُحِبُّونَهَا ۖ نَصْرٌ مِّنَ اللَّهِ وَفَتْحٌ قَرِيبٌ ۗ وَبَشِّرِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ}.

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
All praise is due to Allah, Lord of the worlds, and peace and blessings be upon our master Muhammad, the leader of the muslims, and upon his good family and all his companions. And after:
Delegations from Islamic scholars, representing institutions and associations of scholars from thirty countries, met over the course of an entire day on Sunday, 25 Dhul-Qi’dah 1445 AH / corresponding to June 2, 2024 AD, in an unprecedented meeting with the political leadership of the Islamic Resistance Movement – Hamas – headed by Ismail Haniyeh, since the launch of the Tufan Al-Aqsa battle . The meeting discussed issues related to the Tufan Al-Aqsa battle , Jerusalem, and Palestine, highlighting the most important developments and updates related to the Palestinian cause and the duties towards it. The attendees prayed to Allah to accept with His mercy the martyrs of the Tufan Al-Aqsa, to grant a speedy recovery to the wounded and injured, to strengthen the hearts of our patient and steadfast people in Gaza, and to solidify the fighters in resisting in Gaza and beyond.
Based on the proceedings of the meeting, the Islamic scholars, representing their institutions and associations, affirm the following:
Firstly: Full support for the Palestinian people in their obligatory jihad and resistance against the usurping Zionist enemy. The scholars of the nation are part of this battle, hand in hand with the Mujahideen who inflict pain on the enemy, causing blessed suffering and defending the entire Islamic nation through their jihad.
Secondly: The Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas and all resistance factions in Palestine are national liberation movements and the banner of legitimate jihad in the nation. They represent the conscience of the nation and its aspirations for liberation and empowerment. All attempts to undermine them by any entities, organizations, or media are merely in service of the Zionist enemy in its criminal war.
Thirdly: Jerusalem and the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque are the central point of conflict between the Islamic nation and the Zionist entity and its supporters. Therefore, the entire nation, with all its institutions and segments, must assume its historical responsibility and religious duty to work towards the liberation of Palestine and the Al-Aqsa Mosque and confront the dangers threatening the journey of the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him.
Fourthly: The necessity of strategically and civilizationally investing in the major changes and transformations brought about by the Al-Aqsa Flood(Tufan Al-aqsa) battle. They call upon the sons of the Islamic nation to be on the right side of history, as the Zionist project is witnessing its end at the hands of heroic Mujahideen, the good people of the nation, and the free people of the world. Blessed are those who are on the ship of truth and jihad for the sake of Allah in facing the Zionist tyranny and corruption.
Fifthly: The imperative of unifying the Islamic nation with all its components in facing the enemy and its allies, and rejecting disputes that deepen divisions and increase fragmentation. The enemy targets the core of the nation with all its components and currents, making it legally and rationally necessary to confront it with all its forces.
Sixthly: The prohibition of normalization with the Zionist enemy in all its forms and shapes, and the activation of a comprehensive boycott of institutions supporting the Zionist entity and the institutions normalizing with it.
Finally, the scholars extend greetings to our people in Gaza, men, women, and children, young and old.
They also salute the fighter of allah into holding onto the trigger of confrontation, renew their confidence in the leadership of the resistance, and affirm their full support for it in its field battle and political negotiation battle to achieve a halt to the genocide, the complete withdrawal of enemy forces from Gaza, reconstruction, ending the siege, and a serious prisoner exchange deal that ends the suffering of prisoners in the occupation’s prisons.
Allah, the Almighty, said: “And another [favor] that you love – victory from Allah and an imminent conquest; and give good tidings to the believers.”
