تدين هيئة علماء فلسطين بشدة العدوان الأمريكي البريطاني الصهيوني على اليمن الشقيق وتؤكد أنه يندرج في إطار الدعم التام للعدو الصهيوني في حربه على شعبنا الفلسطيني في قطاع غزة العزّة. وهذا العدوان الذي يستبيح سيادة الأمة الإسلامية جمعاء يجب أن تواجهه شعوب أمتنا بقلب الطاولة على الإدارة الأمريكية والبريطانية والضغط المستمر بالحشود الشعبية على سفارات وقنصليات دول العدوان الإجرامي.
وفي إطار تفاعلات طوفان الأقصى فإن هيئة علماء فلسطين تحيي جنوب إفريقيا وتثمن موقفها المتفرد في محكمة العدل الدولية، كما تحيي فريقها القانوني والحقوقي الذي يسهم في تعرية الباطل الصهيوني ويسعى لتجريمه في المحافل الدولية،
وتؤكد الهيئة أن كل جهد مبذول في مواجهة الإجرام الصهيوني في أي ميدان من الميادين وأية ساحة من الساحات هو جهد مبرور ومقدّر ويشكر صاحبه وفاعله.

The Palestinian Scholars Association ‘ Statement regarding the Appreciation for South Africa’s Positions in the International Court.
The Palestinian Scholars strongly condemn the American-British-Zionist aggression on gaza, emphasizing that it falls within the framework of complete support for the Zionist enemy in its war against our proud Palestinian people in the besieged Gaza Strip. This aggression, violating the sovereignty of the entire Islamic nation, should be confronted by our nations through strong opposition to the American and British administrations and continuous pressure through popular masses and protests at the embassies and consulates of the countries involved in this criminal aggression.
As part of the repercussions of the Tufan Al Aqsa (Al-Aqsa storm) , the Palestinian Scholars salute South Africa and appreciate its unique stance in the International Court of Justice. The legal and human rights team actively works to uncover the Zionist false claims and strives to advocate for their criminalization in international forums.The Scholars affirm that any effort made in confronting Zionist crimes in any field is commendable, appreciated, and they express gratitude to those involved.
