الحمد لله رب العالمين، والصلاة والسلام على سيّدنا محمد وعلى آله وصحبه ومن تبعهم بإحسان إلى يوم الدّين؛ وبعد:
فقد تلقينا ببالغ الحزن والاحتساب نبأ وفاة وفقدان مئات المهاجرين إثر غرق قاربهم قبالة السواحل اليونانيّة، وهؤلاء المهاجرون كثير منهم من أبناء شعبنا الفلسطيني وأبناء الشعب السوري الشقيق وأبناء الشعب المصري الشقيق ومن جنسيات متعددة أخرى من بلاد عالمنا الإسلامي.
وإننا نعزي شعبنا الفلسطيني والشعبين السوري والمصري الشقيقين بهذا المصاب الجلل، ونؤكّد أنّ الاحتلال الصهيوني والأنظمة القمعية الاستبدادية تتحمل المسؤولية الأولى عن إزهاق أرواح الهاربين من الظلم والقسوة وشظف الحياة.
وإننا إذ ندعو الدول الأوروبية إلى تسهيل دخول اللاجئين أراضيها فإننا نؤكّد أن الدول الإسلامية أولى بدخول اللاجئين الفارّين من الظلم أراضيها وتقديم الحماية والدعم لهم
رحم الله تعالى الضحايا وكتبهم في الشهداء وكتب السلامة للمفقودين وانتقم من الظالمين؛ إنّه أكرم مسؤول

Condolences of the Palestinian Scholars Association for the victims of the sunken boat off the coast of Greece
We have received with great sadness and awe the news of the death and loss of hundreds of immigrants as a result of the sinking of their boat off the greek coast .
Many of these immigrants are from the Palestinian people , from the brotherly Syrian people ,for the brotherly Egyptian people , and from multiple nationalities from the countries of our Islamic world
We offer our condolences to our Palestinian people and the two brotherly Syrian and Egyptian peoples for this great loss , and affirm that the Zionist occupation and tyrannical repressive regimes bear the primary responsibility for taking the lives of those fleeing from injustice , cruelty and hardships of life .
And while we call on European countries to facilitate the entry of refugees into their lands , we affirm that Islamic countries are the first to allow refugees fleeing injustice into their lands and to provide them with protection and support
May Allah Almighty have mercy on the victims and write them among the martyrs and write safety for the missing and take revenge on the wrongdoers
