الحمد لله رب العالمين، والصلاة والسلام على سيدنا محمد وعلى آله وصحبه ومن تبعهم بإحسان إلى يوم الدين؛ وبعد:
فإننا في هيئة علماء فلسطين نتوجه بالتهنئة البالغة إلى شعبنا الفلسطيني المجاهد وأهلنا القابضين على الجمر في غزة والضفة الغربية وإلى سائر أمتنا الإسلامية بحلول شهر رمضان المبارك، شهر الجهاد والصبر، وفي هذه المناسبة نستحضر معاني الشهر الكريم وما فيه من انتصارات حققها المسلمون بالجهاد في سبيل الله تعالى، ابتداء من غزوة بدر مرورا بفتح مكة وصولا إلى الزلاقة وعين جالوت وغيرها من وقائع الأمة الخالدة.
وبين يدي هذا الشهر العظيم تؤكد هيئة علماء فلسطين الآتي:
أولًا: ندعو أمتنا الإسلامية حكاما وشعوبا إلى جعل هذا الشهر المبارك نقطة انطلاق لنصرة أهلنا في فلسطين في غزة والضفة بكل وسائل النصرة الواجبة المادية والمعنوية، والجهاد بالمال في سبيل الله تعالى لإغاثة أهلنا المنكوبين في غزة، الثابتين في أرضهم رغم أنف ترامب ونتنياهو وزبانيتهم وأوليائهم، وإن هذا من أوجب واجبات المرحلة.
قال تعالى: “يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا هَلْ أَدُلُّكُمْ عَلَىٰ تِجَارَةٍ تُنجِيكُم مِّنْ عَذَابٍ أَلِيمٍ (10) تُؤْمِنُونَ بِاللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ وَتُجَاهِدُونَ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ بِأَمْوَالِكُمْ وَأَنفُسِكُمْ ۚ ذَٰلِكُمْ خَيْرٌ لَّكُمْ إِن كُنتُمْ تَعْلَمُونَ (11) يَغْفِرْ لَكُمْ ذُنُوبَكُمْ وَيُدْخِلْكُمْ جَنَّاتٍ تَجْرِي مِن تَحْتِهَا الْأَنْهَارُ وَمَسَاكِنَ طَيِّبَةً فِي جَنَّاتِ عَدْنٍ ۚ ذَٰلِكَ الْفَوْزُ الْعَظِيمُ (12)} [الصف]
ثانيًا: نبارك لأمتنا الإسلامية ومقاومتنا الباسلة وأسرانا الأبطال وحرائرنا الماجدات تنسمهم عبق الحرية رغم أنف الصهاينة بعزة وكرامة بفضل الله تعالى ثم بفضل سواعد مجاهدينا العظام، وإن هذا التحرر من الأسر ما جاء بالمفاوضات العبثية ولا بالاتفاقات المهينة وإنما جاء بالجهاد في سبيل الله تعالى.
ثالثًا: تدين وتستنكر الهيئة العدوان الصهيوني المتصاعد على المسجد الإبراهيمي في الخليل والإجراءات العدوانية المزمعة في شهر رمضان على المسجد الأقصى المبارك، وندعو أهلنا في الضفة الغربية وأرضنا المحتلة عام 1948م إلى شد الرحال إلى المسجد الأقصى المبارك والنفير إليه وإلى المسجد الإبراهيمي في الخليل، والذود عنه بالنفس وصد العدوان الصهيوني، كما ندعو شعوب أمتنا إلى كثرة استحضار الأقصى المبارك والمسجد الإبراهيمي في برامجهم الرمضانية وخطبهم المنبرية ودروسهم المسجدية ومنابرهم الإعلامية.
رابعًا: نُدين في هيئة علماء فلسطين العدوان الصهيوني الغاشم البري والجوي على الأراضي السورية، وندعو أمتنا الإسلامية إلى مساندة الشعب السوري وقيادته الجديدة في مواجهة العدو الصهيوني، وسد الاحتياجات الإنسانية التي تثقل كاهل الشعب السوري من آثار التركة الثقيلة للنظام البائد.
وأخيرا: كل التحية لشعبنا البطل في غزة العزة وللأبطال الثابتين في وجه العربدة الصهيونية في الضفة الغربية، وألف تحية لمجاهدينا الأبطال وأسرانا البواسل، والله غالب على أمره ولكن أكثر الناس لا يعلمون.

Statement on the Arrival of the Blessed Month of Ramadan and Recent Developments
In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
Praise be to Allah, the Lord of all worlds. May peace and blessings be upon our master Muhammad, his family, his companions, and all those who follow in their righteous path until the Day of Judgment.
As the Palestinian Scholars Association, we extend our heartfelt congratulations to our steadfast Palestinian people, to our resilient brethren enduring hardship in Gaza and the West Bank, and to the entire Islamic Ummah on the arrival of the blessed month of Ramadan—a month of devotion, patience, and victory. This sacred time reminds us of the triumphs of the Ummah throughout history, from the Battle of Badr to the Conquest of Makkah, and from Al-Zallaqa to Ain Jalut—glorious milestones that reaffirm the power of faith and perseverance.
As we embark on this auspicious month, we reaffirm the following:
- Strengthening Support for Palestine:
We urge the leaders and peoples of the Islamic Ummah to make Ramadan a catalyst for renewed and intensified support for our brothers and sisters in Palestine, particularly in Gaza and the West Bank, through all possible means—both material and moral. Providing financial and humanitarian assistance to the besieged people of Gaza is a sacred duty and an act of jihad in the path of Allah, especially as they continue to stand resolute in their land despite relentless aggression. Supporting them is not merely an option but an obligation upon every conscientious Muslim.
Allah Almighty says:
“O you who have believed, shall I guide you to a transaction that will save you from a painful punishment? [It is that] you believe in Allah and His Messenger and strive in the cause of Allah with your wealth and your lives. That is best for you, if you only knew. He will forgive you your sins and admit you to gardens beneath which rivers flow and pleasant dwellings in Gardens of perpetual residence. That is the great attainment.” (Surah As-Saff: 10-12)
- Celebrating the Liberation of Prisoners:
We congratulate the Islamic Ummah, our courageous resistance, and our valiant prisoners and heroines who have reclaimed their freedom with dignity and honor—despite the will of the occupiers. This triumph was not achieved through futile negotiations or humiliating agreements but through steadfast resistance and jihad in the cause of Allah. Their resilience stands as a testament to the unwavering spirit of the Palestinian people.
- Defending Al-Aqsa and the Ibrahimi Mosque:
We strongly denounce the escalating Zionist aggression against the Ibrahimi Mosque in Hebron and the premeditated violations planned against Al-Aqsa Mosque during this sacred month. We call upon our brethren in the West Bank and the 1948-occupied territories to intensify their presence at Al-Aqsa and the Ibrahimi Mosque, to rise in their defense, and to thwart the occupation’s sinister plans.
Furthermore, we urge the Islamic Ummah to keep Al-Aqsa and the Ibrahimi Mosque at the forefront of their Ramadan sermons, religious lectures, and media discourse. Let their sanctity and significance be echoed in every pulpit and platform across the Muslim world.
- Condemning Zionist Aggression in Syria:
We categorically condemn the ongoing Zionist air and ground assaults on Syrian territory. We call upon the Islamic Ummah to stand in unwavering solidarity with the Syrian people and their new leadership in confronting this persistent aggression. Additionally, we urge immediate efforts to provide humanitarian relief, addressing the profound needs caused by years of war and devastation.
- A Final Word to Our Resilient People:
To our heroic people in Gaza Al-Izza, to the steadfast defenders of the West Bank, and to our valiant Mujahideen and resilient prisoners—we salute your courage, sacrifice, and unwavering determination. Your struggle is one of faith, dignity, and justice, and we stand with you in full solidarity.
Indeed, Allah is dominant over His affairs, but most people do not know. (Surah Yusuf: 21)
